Our Indirect Tax Consultants play a crucial role in supporting clients worldwide with their VAT obligations encompassing tax compliance VAT advisory services and e-commerce consultancy. We adopt a client-centric approach and are currently seeking tax professionals to manage a diverse portfolio of clients.

Indirect Tax Consultant the role:

• Provide high-quality VAT consultancy and business advice to your client portfolio continuously.
• Calculate and file European VAT returns meticulously and promptly ensuring the highest level of accuracy.
• Advise clients on VAT liabilities guide them on tax payments proactively remind them of outstanding returns and ensure compliance with European filings EC Sales and Intrastat reporting as required.
• Communicate with tax offices regarding clients accounts and obligations.
• Conduct VAT audits/investigations in collaboration with tax offices related to your client portfolio.
• Manage clients accounts in coordination with the Credit Control Department.
• Stay consistently updated with VAT law and any changes in legislation.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build trust rapport and strong relationships within your portfolio.
• Represent the company professionally at events/webinars.
• Train support and develop new team members.
• Collaborate positively and enthusiastically with the team.
• Actively engage with Managers and Directors to suggest contributions for improving procedures.

Indirect Tax Consultant the person:

Essential

• Experience working in Law/VAT/Accountancy/Finance.
• Confident and with excellent communication skills for client interaction and engagement (Email Phone and face-to-face (ad hoc)).
• Works well in a team as well as independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organised and proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent multi-tasking ability.

Desirable:

• Experience or knowledge of International E-Commerce.
