Job Description

Kyo is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for individuals with autism. We support thousands of families across ten states and are rapidly expanding to meet the growing demand for high-quality care. The Client Enrollment Specialist (CES) plays a key client-facing role coordinating with families health insurers and internal teams to ensure a smooth and supportive onboarding experience. From first contact through service launch the CES guides clients through every step of the process with professionalism efficiency and care.

Were seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional with experience in client service and project coordination. This role requires fluency in both Spanish and English and a strong ability to troubleshoot issues and keep multiple processes moving forward simultaneously.

The position is full-time and remote (35-40 hrs/week) but does require a quarterly in-person meeting in Orlando FL.

$20-23 per hour DOE

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the intake and onboarding process
  • Collect and manage client data to facilitate insurance authorizations service setup and payment processing
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients insurers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information sharing
  • Troubleshoot issues creatively and independently as they arise
  • Prepare collect and submit documentation to health insurance payers including authorizations agreements and contracts
  • Support cross-functional projects and periodic service audits
  • Build expertise in Kyos practice and project management platforms; assist teams with technical or process-related questions
  • Maintain accurate tracking of client onboarding steps within internal systems
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Associates degree required; Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 23 years of experience in a client-facing service role
  • Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work on cross-functional projects and manage data
  • Comfortable navigating multiple digital tools and platforms with speed and accuracy
  • Skilled in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong multitasking problem-solving and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in healthcare behavioral health client authorizations or case management is a plus
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection: Latency <50 ms Jitter <30 ms Packet Loss 0%

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods
  • Manual dexterity for computer use and documentation
  • Ability to see and read documents in English including handbooks training materials and procedure guides
  • Work effectively in a typical home office setting with varying noise and temperature levels
