Grow Your Impact Take ownership of customer complaints streamline master data and contracts and contribute to annual budget planning and SAP compliance.
What Youll Do
Lead and supervise Customer Service Specialists across the OTC lifecycle ensuring accuracy efficiency and high service standards.
Evaluate and enhance the structure and processes of the Customer Service function to meet evolving internal and external needs.
Oversee monthly reviews of TKI consignment inventory to ensure accurate and timely billing.
Partner with ICT and customers to integrate and maximize EDI solutions.
Collaborate with inventory and supply teams to source orders efficiently and cost-effectively.
Optimize order entry processes for 40000 annual orders.
Manage OTC systems for customers with non-standard processes and ensure seamless integration.
Investigate and resolve non-routine customer complaints swiftly identifying root causes and long-term solutions.
Work with the transportation and planning teams to size and manage the rail fleet for consignment delivery.
Collaborate with finance and BU leadership to build and manage the annual department budget.
Ensure compliance with SAP invoicing payables and credit administration processes.
Qualifications :

Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience
Strong administrative organizational and productivity skills
Proven ability to lead in deadline-driven environments
Strategic thinker who can develop and implement innovative cross-departmental solutions
Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication motivation and problem-solving abilities
A team-first mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
