The salary range for this position is $200000.00 to $240000.00 annually. At Mass General Brigham we believe in recognizing and rewarding the unique value each team member brings to our organization. Responsible for the strategic leadership and overall management of nursing services. Ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care by maintaining and improving nursing standards developing departmental policies and collaborating with executive leadership to achieve organizational goals.

Essential Functions:
-Oversee the nursing departments ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and delivering high-quality patient care.
-Develop and implement strategic plans and policies to enhance nursing services and patient outcomes.
-Collaborate with hospital leadership to integrate nursing strategies into broader organizational objectives.
-Monitor and evaluate nursing performance metrics identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
-Manage departmental budgets and resources ensuring efficient use and financial stewardship.
-Lead and support nursing staff development providing mentorship training and professional growth opportunities.
-Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and accreditation standards in all nursing practices.
-Drive initiatives to improve patient satisfaction safety and staff engagement.
-Represent the nursing department in executive meetings and decision-making processes advocating for nursing needs and improvements.
