Job Description
We are looking for a Technology and Onboarding Analyst to act as a vital bridge between our operations teams and technical departments. You will play a key role in supporting and analysing internal systems while working closely with technology product and operations teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen interest in financial systems and a passion for improving operational efficiency through technology.
Role and Responsibilities:
Onboarding of new clients into our proprietary technology including vendor and third-party connectivity.
Performing detailed analysis of incoming and outgoing trade files including documenting mapping requirements.
Gathering and consolidating feedback from internal operations teams to inform technology improvements.
Attending BPO project calls and providing relevant updates as required.
Helping streamline and enhance the onboarding process to ensure the swift integration of new clients.
Delivering training sessions to the BPO team on best practices for using our internal technology platforms.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Finance Computer Science or a related field.
Experience in new client onboarding or an understanding of post-trade processes would be desirable.
Strong knowledge of computer systems combined with a solid understanding of financial operations.
An analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work.
A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
