Junior QC Specialist (Online Requirements team)

Qualifications :

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute Ubisoft Online Requirements tests (Ubisoft account  online services API cross-play and cross-progression monetization achievements etc.) when the project needs it and offering feedback to the production team on the level and quality of implementation;
• Operate multiple platforms (PC X1 PS4 XsX PS5 NX MAC);
• Support production teams in implementing the online features of the game;
• Investigate reproduce report and track issues on the projects find workarounds for production teams;
• Manage one or more projects following established team actions and processes (planning and coordinating tests raising project risks ensuring proper test coverage);
• Acting as a node of communication between multiple teams: production teams QC teams and complementary teams (Online Services; DNA; Ubisoft Connect; Telemetry etc.) providing them with relevant feedback on the project status and quality providing visibility and obtaining required information;
• Create various documentation and reports based on the project needs;
• Seek new ways to improve own skills as well as tools and procedures used in testing.
  
  Main requirements:               
• Upper intermediate level of English or higher (spoken and written);              
• Good understanding of Stage Gate process;             
• Good organizational time management and prioritization skills;                
• Ability to work both autonomously and as a team player;                
• Proactivity and ability to multitask;                
• Resourcefulness and ability to handle challenging situations;                
• Openness to change and self-improvement.        
  
  Would be a plus:
• Experience in coordinating tasks and/or groups of people;   
• Hands-on experience with several platforms;
• Good troubleshooting skills;            
• Experience with multiple projects;                
• Mentorship experience;
