The Opportunity:
Were looking for an inspiring Area Manager to lead our Western Australia services. This is a vital leadership role supporting individuals with disabilities and complex needs ensuring they receive exceptional personalised care.
Supported by our State Operations Manager you will lead mentor and develop a dedicated team foster a culture of excellence and build strong relationships with clients families and community partners.
Please note this is a Maternity Leave Cover Fixed Term Contract
What Youll Do:
- Oversee daily operations across Western Australia ensuring seamless service delivery
- Lead mentor and develop a passionate team committed to quality care
- Ensure clients achieve their goals through personalised plans that promote independence social engagement and wellbeing
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve service quality and satisfaction
- Support the development and review of care plans and documentation
- Ensure compliance with policies procedures and legislative requirements
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients families community organisations and stakeholders
What Were Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in community services disability or aged care ideally within NDIS
- Qualifications in Community Services Management Business or related fields are desirable
- A passion for delivering person-centred high-quality support
- Strong team-building skills and a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Knowledge of current trends and changes in the health and disability sectors
- Excellent relationship management skills and a collaborative approach
Additional Requirements:
- Current National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Evidence of valid work rights in Australia
- Australian Drivers licence
