About the team
Our Finance team is at the forefront of enabling our business to scale with control and confidence across regions. Working closely with our teams in Customer Success Delivery and Operations we ensure financial integrity while driving strategic decision-making. This role joins a high-impact team that supports global expansion including our key markets in the US and will play a crucial role in setting up the finance function from the ground up for our US office in New York.
About the role
Were looking for a Finance Controller to take ownership of our US regional finance operations and support broader activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from the ground up thrives on autonomy and brings good technical finance expertise and controllership experience.
In this role youll set up and lead a small regional finance team develop core processes ensure compliance with local regulations and contribute to financial reporting and strategic decision-making reporting to Group Finance. Youll be at the center of creating a high-functioning finance function that enables the business to operate confidently and compliantly in the US and beyond.
