Education: Bachelors degree
Experience: 5-7 years in strategy/change management; 10 years facilitating with DoD senior leadership
Summary:
Drive stakeholder engagement and strategic facilitation at the executive level.

You will work directly with leadership teams to guide transformation initiatives facilitate alignment workshops and shape the future of EO programs. The ideal candidate will be confident diplomatic and exceptionally skilled at driving organizational change.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate strategic planning and stakeholder sessions
Align EO initiatives with DIA-wide goals
Lead cultural and operational change initiatives
Develop governance and communication frameworks
