Job Description
Brief Job Description: Experience in FP&A at a Group level in complex organisations or with detailed experience in Asset Management or Wealth Management with an understanding of financial markets. The team lead will work closely at with abrdn Finance colleagues to own and develop FP&A processes delivering critical MI planning and forecasting outputs. The experienced team members will ensure consistency of processes analysis and insight across abrdn Finance providing timely and high-quality outputs in terms of content structure and Support delivery of overall FP&A processes delivering critical MI planning and forecasting outputs Support and develop robust monthly forecasts engaging and collaborating across Finance as required Implement step change in the quality impact and timing of Plans and Forecasts Proactively supporting the transformation of FP&A with appropriate governance controls and functionality Be a role model to demonstrate the key behaviours expected in Finance. Required Skills and Experience Financial services background a definite plus with sound knowledge and experience of FP&A essential Understanding of financial systems and processes (Power BI and Hyperion experience preferable) Excellent analytical ability with attention to detail Flexible & adaptable take personal accountability for quality and delivery. Strong communication and time-management skills ability to prioritise workload and operate to strict reporting deadlines.
Qualifications :
Work Experience (Mention No. of years): The candidate should have min 8-10 Years of Work Experience in F P&A industry Experience in Analytics Experience in Budgeting and forecasting
