Position: Assistant Manager Procurement
Location: Karachi Pakistan
Industry: Ports & Logistics / Procurement
Key Responsibilities:
Draft review negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers and service providers.
Monitor contract performance renewals and compliance with legal and corporate standards.
Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
Manage RFQs/RFPs evaluate bids and recommend vendors.
Collaborate cross-functionally with IT Engineering Operations & Finance teams.
Build and maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality and service excellence.
Support audits maintain documentation and ensure procurement compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelors (16 years) in Law Business Management or Engineering specialization/certification in Supply Chain preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement or contract management.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Excellent negotiation analytical and stakeholder management abilities.
