Job Description
Are you passionate about brand building and creative marketing This is a standout opportunity to join the JDE Peets UKI marketing team working across iconic coffee brandsKenco LOR and Douwe Egberts. Youll be part of the Equity & Communications team helping to shape and execute impactful campaigns and consumer activations that bring our brands to life.
What youll be doing:
- Champion brand guardianship by upholding creativity and consistency across touchpoints
- Collaborate with external agencies to deliver innovative and effective campaigns
- Own and expand our Park Run partnership taking it to exciting new levels
- Drive social and influencer strategies to reach younger audiences
- Lead design-to-artwork projects ensuring flawless in-store execution
- Analyse campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations
- Manage marketing budgets with precisiontracking reporting and optimisation
Qualifications :

What were looking for:
- Prior experience in Marketing ideally within FMCG.
- Hands-on exposure to digital and shopper activation development and execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights.
- Proven project management capabilities from planning to delivery.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative relationship-first mindset.
- A proactive self-starter attitudeyoure comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- A can-do spirit with the agility to adapt in a fast-paced growth-driven environment
