Our Digital Customer Engagement division plays a central role in this transformation creating innovative tools to engage people throughout their allergy journey connecting patients with healthcare professionals and supporting new models of care through partnerships like telehealth and in-pharmacy allergy services.
Operating globally the team supports key markets such as the USA Germany UK Slovakia Czechia Austria and Switzerland with plans to expand further. ALK is transforming how allergy care is delivered and digital is at the heart of that change.
Were now looking for a Web Project Manager to join our international Digital Marketing and Products team a growing and collaborative part of Digital Customer Engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to shape web experiences that support allergy patients and drive global awareness and engagement.
Your role as Web Project Manager
As Web Project Manager youll be responsible for managing the development and evolution of ALKs global website experiences. Youll work closely with internal teams and external agency partners to implement new functionality support campaign execution and ensure web platforms meet the highest standards of performance usability and compliance.
Main responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of website projects from planning to deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and affiliate markets to implement new content and features.
Work closely with internal and agency developers to implement site changes.
Ensure websites are optimized for SEO user experience and conversion.
Support analytics tracking in collaboration with product managers to evaluate performance and engagement.
Maintain clear documentation reporting and meeting minutes to support transparency and alignment.
Ensure all content and functionality is delivered to a high standard aligned with brand and compliance guidelines.
Continuously improve content workflows to optimize delivery speed and consistency.
Your qualifications
34 years of experience in website project management.
Proven ability to manage multiple digital projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as Shopify Contentful Loco or WordPress.
Strong understanding of SEO principles usability and performance optimization.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
Ability to shift perspective and evaluate content from a user-first standpoint.
Additional must-haves
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English both written and spoken; other languages are a plus.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g. Asana or similar).
Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
Able to anticipate risks and propose process improvements.
