The Admin & HR Coordinator plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression for guests clients and staff at the Pine Bluff Convention addition to front desk responsibilities this position supports various administrative and HR functions including onboarding interview coordination and benefits orientationhelping ensure smooth operations and an exceptional visitor and employee experience.
Job Duties:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers providing a professional and welcoming experience.
Manage front desk operations including call routing and lobby upkeep.
Provide administrative support such as data entry correspondence scheduling and filing.
Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires including benefits overview.
Coordinate interview logistics and support hiring efforts.
Step in to assist with initial sales inquiries when the sales team is unavailable.
Support commission meetings through minute transcription and communications.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.
Additional Details:
Full-time (40 hours per week) Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. with 1 hour for lunch
Occasional after-hours necessary for special events (evenings and/or weekends)
