Job Description

Join our team in experimental development within the Research & Development department at our Hemer site. We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Test Engineer (f/m/d) working part-time (20 hours/week) to take on the following exciting and diverse responsibilities:

  • You will develop hygiene concepts for drinking water systems and evaluate them from both functional and economic perspectives.

  • You will design new hygiene technologies and product concepts to expand and optimize our product portfolio.

  • You will take full responsibility for the entire processfrom requirements analysis and the creation of functional concepts to hygienic system design.

  • You will contribute to the advancement of our expertise in hygiene and cleaning technologies for drinking water systems.

  • You will develop strategic concepts for the monitoring and maintenance of drinking water hygiene such as cleaning methods for drinking water systems.

  • You will plan and support statistical tests and test series for components and products based on hygienic standards.

Your profile:

  • Degree in Biotechnology Hygiene Engineering Process Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a comparable qualification.

  • Solid knowledge of hygiene regulations and legal standards related to drinking water applications or beverage dispensers.

  • Ideally several years of experience in the conceptual design of end-user or industrial products within drinking water systems beverage dispensers or sparkling water appliances with a strong focus on hygiene.

  • You bring strong analytical thinking skills and are able to evaluate complex hygienic systems both functionally and economically.

  • You are a true team player and impress with clear goal-oriented communication in interdisciplinary project teams. You work in a structured and self-driven manner with a high level of quality awareness.

  • You are fluent in English written and spoken.
