Centurion is proud to be a leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services to correctional facilities state hospitals and community mental health centers nationwide.
We are currently seeking a full- time Recruiting Operations Specialist tojoin our recruiting position is fully starting at $70000 depending on years of experience.
The Recruiting Operations Specialistwill provide multifaceted recruiting support to accommodate the needs of ongoing and day to day operations within the Recruiting role will support the designing and running of reports and the analysis of recruiting data across various systems and platforms. This professional analyzes and formats exported data in Microsoft Excel frequently using formulas tables and graphs.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role designing reports from databases and formatting in Excel required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Excel required (i.e VLOOKUP pivot tables formulas)
- Experience with an ATS or HRIS (i.e Paycom iCIMS UKG)preferred
- Excellent organizational time management and communication skills required
