The Opportunity

An established and highly respected manufacturer of engineered products for the water infrastructure sector is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead commercial growth in the North. This is a field-based role focused on managing strategic utility frameworks contractors and distribution networks across a high-potential region.

Youll be responsible for delivering sales targets driving customer engagement and introducing product innovations that enhance performance and sustainability across public and private sector clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver revenue and margin targets across your designated region
  • Build and develop strong relationships with utilities contractors and partners
  • Influence product specification and secure agreements through technical consultation
  • Lead account reviews pipeline development and territory planning
  • Represent the business at key meetings presentations and industry events
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure best-in-class service delivery
  • Maintain accurate reporting and CRM updates across all account activity

What Youll Bring

  • Experience in technical B2B sales ideally within utilities infrastructure or manufacturing
