Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Automotive Assistant Sales Manager to monitor customer activity throughout the dealership and train salespeople to enhance their performance. This role is crucial for optimizing sales processes increasing customer satisfaction and driving overall dealership success. Automotive Assistant Sales Manager Compensation and Benefits:

Automotive Assistant Sales Manager Competitive Salary: $2000 monthly salary plus 2.25% total new and used vehicle gross commission. Average monthly income of $10000-$14000.

Generous Paid Time Off (PTO):We prioritize work-life balance offering industry-leading PTO. New full-time employees accrue 4 hours per pay period totaling approximately96hours in the first year with increases over time.

Paid Holidays: Hannah Motor Company offers at least 2 paid holidays per year to Automotive Assistant Sales Managers subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.

Automotive Assistant Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Hires trains motivates counsels and monitors the performance of the sales team.
  • Directs and schedules the activities of team employees ensuring proper staffing at all times.
  • Ensures that each customer is greeted as quickly as possible.
  • Implements and maintains a prospect tracking and follow-up system.
  • Helps salespeople close deals when necessary.
  • Communicates with sales team to ensure that dealership policies and procedures are understood and followed.
  • Conducts sales training meetings as directed by the general sales manager.
  • Forecasts aggressive yet realistic monthly goals and objectives for individual team members and provides them with the support to meet these goals.
  • Assists in development of improvement programs for team members who are having difficulty reaching their objectives.
  • Ensures team members maintain a high customer satisfaction rating.
  • Recommends for dismissal any salesperson failing to meet dealership standards.
  • Contacts new owners within 24 hours of delivery to ensure complete satisfaction with sales and delivery process. Addresses any concerns or complaints immediately.
  • Understands keeps abreast of and complies with federal state and local regulations that affect vehicle sales.
  • Maintains professional appearance.
  • Attends sales meetings.

Automotive Assistant Sales Manager Qualifications:
