Job Title: SailPoint IAM Developer
Location: Langhorne PA

Role Description:
- We are seeking a SailPoint IAM Developer with deep hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow directory services and IAM lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java Bean Shell scripting and experience with enterprise-grade IAM deployments including integration with cloud and on-prem systems. This role involves working with business and IT stakeholders to develop and deploy robust IAM solutions that align with organizational security policies.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design configure and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow solutions including connectors workflows rules roles and certification campaigns.
- Develop lifecycle events (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) provisioning workflows and user access reviews.
- Integrate SailPoint with various target systems (e.g. Active Directory Workday ServiceNow Azure AD SAP).
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity management issues.
- Work with IT security and compliance teams to enforce RBAC SoD and policy governance.
- I participate in access recertification audit reporting and control implementation.
- Deploy changes through CI/CD pipelines maintain version control and document system changes.
- Ensure SailPoint deployments meet high availability performance and scalability standards.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- 3 years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow experience
- Strong skills in Java Bean Shell XML and REST API integration
- Experience with Active Directory LDAP and SSO/Federation technologies (SAML OAuth)
- Excellent understanding of identity governance access policies and compliance processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud IAM (Azure AD Okta AWS IAM)
- Familiarity with SailPoint plugin development and Identity AI module
- Hands-on with Git Jenkins and Agile practices
- Excellent documentation communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
