Were partnering with one of our favorite VC clients as they search for a highly independent and detail-oriented professional to be the inaugural Community Space Manager for their brand new multi-purpose venue located within walking distance of their San Francisco office. This unique space will serve as both a collaborative environment for early-stage founders and a central hub for innovative events and you will run the ship!The Role: Community Space Manager
The City: San Francisco CA (In office 5 days/week)
The Money: $90k - $100k Base Benefits & other perks!
The Ideal Candidate: Warm and personable. Can work independently. Proactive. High attention to detail.
The Day-to-Day:
Serve as the on-site manager ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming environment for all members.
Independently oversee all facets of the facility proactively identifying and resolving issues.
Conduct daily walkthroughs with sharp attention to detail ensuring the space is immaculate safe and fully functional.
Coordinate set up and support member activities and events adapting the setup as needed for different functions.
Build authentic positive relationships with members fostering collaboration and maintaining community standards.
