Position Overview:
We are looking for motivated and results-driven Portuguese-speaking Sales Advisors to join an international team in Lisbon. In this role you will help businesses grow by identifying sales opportunities providing consultative solutions and achieving performance targets through a customer-focused approach. If you re fluent in Portuguese have a passion for sales and are excited by the prospect of working with well-known global brands this could be the perfect fit for you.
Main Responsibilities:
- Communicate daily with new and existing clients via phone chat and email.
- Identify business needs and offer tailored solutions that align with client goals.
- Build and nurture relationships through consultative sales techniques.
- Research industries and business models to understand client needs and market dynamics.
- Adapt solutions based on local market specifics and client expectations.
- Provide personalized recommendations and optimize product usage for better performance.
- Support clients in resolving issues and improving campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated on advertising tools and trends to serve clients objectives better.
- Track sales activity identify opportunities and report feedback for continuous improvement.
Candidate Profile:
- Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory) and solid English skills (minimum C1).
- Sales or marketing experience is highly valued.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Consultative mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Proactive organized and able to work independently and in a team.
- Eager to learn and develop professionally in a fast-paced environment.
