Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and Control:Operating and monitoring control panels adjusting equipment (valves pumps etc.) and ensuring processes run smoothly according to specifications.
- Troubleshooting:Identifying and resolving operational issues including equipment malfunctions through observation testing and analysis.
- Equipment Maintenance:Performing routine maintenance cleaning and preparing equipment for maintenance or repairs.
- Data Recording and Analysis:Logging data conducting tests and analyzing results to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Safety and Compliance:Adhering to safety regulations participating in safety audits and responding to emergencies.
- Communication:Communicating with plant management other operators and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating and maintaining refining equipment understanding process control systems and troubleshooting.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data identify trends and make informed decisions.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify quickly and resolve operational issues.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate with team members effectively and other stakeholders.
- Physical Abilities: Ability to perform tasks in a potentially hazardous environment and handle physically demanding tasks.
