Job Description
We re working with a range of premium and luxury brands in Kildare Village who are looking for experienced Store Managers to take the reins of their stores and drive performance people and customer experience to the next level.

What You ll Do:
Take full ownership of your store s performance and operations
Inspire lead and coach a high-performing team
Champion a premium service-led experience on the shop floor
Drive KPIs and commercial goals through smart planning and great leadership
Collaborate with head office and VM teams to maintain brand excellence
Own recruitment rotas training and team development
What We re Looking For:
2 3 years experience as a Store Manager in fashion retail (premium or high-street)
Strong commercial acumen you know your numbers and how to grow them
A passion for customer experience with an eye for premium service
A hands-on leader who leads by example
Experience managing high volumes of stock and a keen attention to detail
