Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Governance Manager for our public sector client based in Edinburgh on a permanent basis paying 44709 - 53347 per annum.
Work Arrangement:
This role offers hybrid working with an expectation to attend the office 2 to 3 days per week.
You will need to hold (or be able to pass) Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance including a Level 2 Disclosure check.
The successful Senior Governance Manager will possess proven skills and experience in the following:
Governance assurance and compliance in a public sector or regulated environment
Auditing delivery frameworks for change or transformation programmes
Agile methodologies or other structured project management approaches
Risk management and performance reporting
Stakeholder engagement at senior levels
Facilitating workshops and delivering training across teams
Managing direct reports and supporting team development
