Job Purpose
- The Strategy and Communities team is seeking an experienced senior-level Business Analyst to work on the Housing Transformation programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting business analysis activities within the Housing Improvement Programme.
Key Duties/Accountabilities
- Conduct process mapping (as-is and to-be)
- Elicit requirements (functional and non-functional)
- Perform data analysis
- Light touch project management
- Engage and manage stakeholders
Essential Experience Required
- Housing experience specifically in repairs housing needs allocations single source of data and compliance
- Business analysis experience in social housing
Essential Qualification Required
- General education or qualification in a related field
