We are looking for a Manager to join our vast community of solversin ourclients inthe real estate industry andassistthemtosolvedifficult commercial and tax problems. Our client base includestop ASXorganisationsAustralian superannuation fundslisted and unlisted real estatefunds foreign pensionand sovereignfunds hedge funds private equity funds Australian and foreign fundmanagersand Australian asset operators.


We deliver effective solutions blending technical skills and strategy to adviseourclients with spectacular for tax professionals to take our team to the next level as weassistourprestigious portfolio of real estate clientsto solve complex commercial and tax challenges.

Use theknow-howyouvegained in Australian taxation your experience in business development and proposal activities to grow our business. Withnew problemsto solveyoullhave plenty of opportunities to createan impact and affect meaningful change.

In ourReal Estate Taxteam your impact will be seen by:

  • Developing investmentstructures for our clients with a particular focus on inbound investment structures taxation of trusts and Managed Investment Trusts (MITs)

  • Workingclosely with our wider Financial Advisory business (including our DealsIndirectTax (stamp duty transfer pricing and GST) Legal and Private Clients teams)on large-scale transactions and advisory

  • Researching andanalysingcomplextechnical tax issues

  • Assisting clientswith their tax compliance obligations including preparing and/or reviewing trust and company tax returns

  • Working with the Australian Tax Office (ATO) to obtain rulings for clients and make submissions to Treasury on policy matters
