Job Description
Provides effective leadership and management of day-to-day business operations of multiple medical practices. Works with VP Physicians Inc to assist in oversight and direction of site managers to facilitate efficient and effective operation workflows. Oversees the integration of established medical practices and assists in the development and integration of new physician practices. Additional responsibilities will include strategic planning fiscal management resource allocation quality management as well as overall compliance with regulatory processes.
Education and Training
- Bachelors degree in related field required.
- Masters degree preferred.
Experience
- Two (2) to four (4) years related professional experience in an administrative Healthcare leadership role.
- Two (2) years experience in specialty practice preferred.
Other Skills Competencies and Qualifications
- Excellent communication leadership organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Requires the ability to work well within a team environment by accepting and offering honest and constructive feedback supporting team goals and encouraging fellow team members.
- Computer literacy (Outlook/Word/Excel email intranet/internet report creation and delivery).
