Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation and Personalization:
Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences needs and budgets.
Provide expert advice and personalized cruise recommendations.
Tailor cruise packages to meet specific client requirements ensuring a unique and memorable experience.
Marketing and Promotion:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Utilize various marketing channels including social media email campaigns and partnerships to promote cruise services.
Create compelling content and promotional materials to showcase available cruise packages and special offers.
Budget Planning and Management:
Assist clients in planning their travel budgets offering cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
Monitor and manage all financial aspects of cruise bookings including payments refunds and adjustments.
Ensure transparency and accuracy in all budget-related communications with clients.
Booking and Coordination:
Handle all aspects of cruise booking processes from initial inquiry to final confirmation.
Coordinate with cruise lines travel vendors and other service providers to secure reservations and special arrangements.
Provide clients with detailed itineraries travel documents and pre-departure information.
Customer Service and Support:
Offer exceptional customer service before during and after the cruise experience.
Address client inquiries concerns and special requests promptly and professionally.
Ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience by anticipating and resolving potential issue
Qualifications:
Passion for travel and a deep knowledge of the cruise industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Prior experience in travel planning sales or customer service is a plus.
