This is a remote position.
We are looking for a customer-focused and tech-savvy Chat & Email Support Representative to join our this remote role you will be responsible for handling inbound client communications via chat and email resolving issues and delivering an outstanding support experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries through live chat and email
Troubleshoot common product or service-related issues and provide clear professional resolutions
Escalate complex queries to the appropriate internal remote departments when needed
Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM and support platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional remote teams to ensure consistent customer satisfaction
1 2 years of experience in customer support preferably in a remote or digital environment
Strong written communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using support tools like Zendesk Intercom or similar platforms
Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a remote work setting
Self-motivated and proactive in identifying customer needs
