- Serve as the main point of contact between the Sales Engineer Project Coordinator and client to ensure smooth handoffs and execution.
- Develop and implement custom control system programming using platforms such as Control4 Crestron and Savant.
- Oversee all project phasesfrom prewire to commissioningwith strict adherence to schedule budget and quality standards.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks at critical project stages.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide prompt resolutions.
- Communicate daily project updates and changes with internal and external teams.
- Coordinate efforts between clients contractors designers and installation teams.
- Provide training and support to clients post-installation.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and job site communication.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- 2 years of AV/smart home installation or project coordination experience.
- Background in construction carpentry or general labor is a plus.
- Experience with Control4 Crestron Savant or similar systems (certifications preferred).
- Strong technical troubleshooting and programming skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Punctual reliable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record (required).
- Professional demeanor in high-end client settings.
- Willing to travel to job sites as needed.
- Competitive hourly pay: $27$35/hour based on experience
