Digital eLearning Specialist (Evalua / FieldGlass)

This hybrid role in Toronto involves eLearning development stakeholder collaboration and crafting guides and videos to support enterprise-wide learning. Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
Refresh and redesign training materials including user guides and instructional videos to support digital platform adoption.
Evaluate training activities and measure program effectiveness.
Assess training needs through surveys interviews and focus groups.
Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to gather content and align messaging.
Develop or update training manuals guides and visual materials.
Deliver content using varied instructional formats including live sessions.
Align training materials with internal branding for consistency.
Work independently while managing priorities and timelines.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience or training.
2 4 years of experience with Articulate or other eLearning development tools.
Experience delivering training for digital platforms.
Experience in creating materials for digital tools.
Experience collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Basic understanding of instructional design curriculum development and adult learning principles.
Foundational knowledge of human behavior motivation and learning theories.
Familiarity with media production communication and content dissemination methods.
Prior experience developing training content for Fieldglass or Evalua is an asset.
French language is an asset that supports the creation and delivery of clear accessible training content for bilingual users across the organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
Curiosity and willingness to learn internal systems and operations.
