Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented payroll professional looking for a temporary opportunity The Needham Public Schools Human Resources Department is seeking a Temporary Payroll Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the accurate and timely payment of our dedicated District employees.
Under the guidance of the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources and the Assistant Director for Human Resources and with indirect supervision from the Payroll Supervisor youll play a vital role in coordinating our weekly payroll operations.
Successful candidates for this role will bring the following:
Education & Experience: An Associates Degree in Bookkeeping/Accounting and two (2) years of payroll experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Problem-Solver: Excellent skills in researching and resolving payroll issues in a timely manner.
Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail and the ability to meet frequent hard deadlines while ensuring accuracy.
Collaborative Spirit: The ability to work effectively with various Town and School officials and staff.
