We are seeking a dedicated organized and motivated Assistant Production Manager to support our production and installation operations. This key role serves as a bridge between our field teams clients and internal departments to ensure high-quality execution and exceptional customer experience.
What Youll Do:
- Support daily production and installation operations including scheduling project tracking and documentation.
- Assist in supervising subcontractor crews and in-house technicians to ensure timely high-quality work.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates manage expectations and support customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate building permit applications and ensure all required documentation is completed and filed accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory assist with warehouse organization and support general administrative needs of the production team.
- Help resolve on-site or logistical issues quickly and effectively to keep projects on schedule.
- Track project progress in Salesforce and follow up with customers post-installation to ensure satisfaction.
- Order project materials online
What You Need:
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Previous experience in home improvement remodeling roofing installation construction or operations support is preferred.
- Knowledge on Kohler Samuel Mueller Etc
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce is a plus
- Prior experience operating a Forklift is a plus
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work Monday through Friday with flexibility as needed.
- Ability to meet physical demands such as squatting crawling pulling pushing climbing lifting to 50 lbs. standing and sitting for long periods of time or any other actions required as directed.
- Ability to adapt to any environment such as a warehouse customer home or office setting
