Requirements:
- Masters degree from a graduate school of social work program approved by the State Board of Education required.
Temporary or full approval for school social work from MDE required.
- Knowledgeable about the function of a Social Worker in a School Based environment required.
- Exceptional ability to communicate with others verbally and in writing required.
- Experience working as a School Social Worker preferred.
- Skilled in identifying and developing resources within and outside a school system preferred.
- Must have the ability to work cooperatively with others required.
