What will you be doing in your role
- Oversight and responsibility for your teams overall health and performance
- Display leadership skills to guide and motivate staff with the ability to make decisions and manage resources effectively.
- Demonstrating effective communication skills for interacting with clients staff and external stakeholders.
- Manage multiple tasks prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
- Develop monitor and evaluate all department work plans outputs and outcomes to ensure goals are met.
- Identify and analyze problems develop solutions and evaluate program outcomes.
- Provide training supervision mentoring and coaching to develop team members.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the model and its components and ensure accountability within the team.
- Meet regularly with team(s) to ensure they have the support and information necessary to serve clients.
- Identify and address team needs including training requirements and necessary tools.
- Develop and deliver skill and technique training sessions for the team twice a month.
- Oversee hiring and onboarding of new team members.
- Leverage internal and external partnerships to secure necessary resources for the team and clients.
- Implement strategies to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and partners.
- Understand strategies/processes necessary to address Big Picture planning and goals.
- Collaborate with other teams within the agency to support the overall goals of CCFW.
- Contribute to the teams success by supporting staff efforts to guide and support clients journey out of poverty.
- Maintain spending practices to ensure the program is within parameters of program budget.
- Communicate program successes to the advancement team for promotion and advertising.
Are you the next LIFT Program Manager
- Masters in clinical social work counseling education or related field or combination of education and experience
- A minimum of two years supervisory experience
- 3 years experience in social services.
- Familiarity with SalesForce and Catalyst a plus
- Available to drive to community meetings satellite locations and client observations as needed
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
