Job Description

Team Support Coordinator

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Team Support Co-ordinator to join us at our Coed Poeth office in Wrexham.

Please note this is temporary to cover a period of maternity leave for 9 months

What youll be doing:

  • You will have responsibility for supporting the Registered Manager of the service with the overall running of the office
  • Specific duties in regard topayroll recruitment and training.
  • The induction of staff with the opportunity for further development and progression within the organisation.
  • In addition you will support the Team Leaders with the day-to-day management of Support Workers
  • Carrying out supervisions competency reviews team meetings and ensuring that training needs are understood and maintained alongside practice observations
  • Be able to travel between services in Wrexham Denbigh and Colwyn Bay areas

Who you are:

  • Have or happy to work towards NVQ L3 in Health and Social Care
  • Have suitable experience within a social care setting.
  • You will be confident in managing data in detail and be both reliable and flexible in order to meet the needs of the people we support.
  • As a Team Support Coordinator you will also be part of an on-call system.
  • Shifts can be day evening and the occasional sleepover support if required.
  • Driving is essential
