As an Outbound Specialist you will assist customers with requests enter data accurately and ensure smooth operations. You will be handling orders complaints and billing while following the right processes. Your role will be key in strengthening customer relationships and maintaining service efficiency.
Handle inbound and outbound customer requests orders complaints billing and inquiries
Enter and update accurately customer information orders and any relevant information for record-keeping
Follow standard procedures to ensure consistent high-quality customer service
Provide quick friendly and accurate support for sales inquiries and periodic walk-in customers
Identify solutions proactively and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues escalate to relevant stakeholders and ensure timely follow-ups
Work experience with a logistics service provider warehouse or freight forwarder
Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel Word PowerPoint)
Fluent in local languages and ideally in English written and spoken
Proven ability in multi-tasking and prioritizing workload
High attention to detail follow-through and accuracy
