Now Hiring: CNA/Caregiver Hybrid Office & Field Position
Are you a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Caregiver looking for a unique opportunity that blends hands-on patient care with office-based administrative tasks We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our growing team in a hybrid role that combines both in-home caregiving and office support.
Position Overview:
This dual-role position is perfect for a CNA/caregiver who enjoys working directly with clients in their homes while also contributing to the coordination and operations of a home health agency. Youll split your time between fieldwork (providing care to clients) and office work (handling scheduling client support and administrative duties).
Key Responsibilities:
Field Duties (Home Health Care):
- Provide compassionate hands-on care to clients in their homes including assistance with ADLs (bathing dressing feeding toileting and mobility).
- Monitor client conditions and report any changes to the care team.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
Office Duties (Administrative & Coordination):
- Assist with caregiver scheduling ensuring proper coverage for client needs.
- Communicate with clients and families to address concerns and coordinate care.
- Maintain electronic health records and update client information as needed.
- Support recruitment training and onboarding of new caregivers.
- Assist with quality assurance and compliance with home health regulations.
Qualifications:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license (or relevant caregiving experience).
- Previous experience in home health caregiving or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Comfortable with basic computer applications and electronic health records.
- Reliable transportation for field visits.
