Who are we looking for
Were looking for an experienced and motivated Program Manager to lead the development of a new delivery system. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our delivery excellence transformation offering the opportunity to shape how we deliver projects at scale.
What Youll Do
As Program Manager you will:
- Lead a cross-functional team of project managers business analysts and a program architect.
- Collaborate closely with the program owner and senior stakeholders across the business.
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of the new systemfrom design through to implementation and adoption.
- Ensure the program aligns with strategic business goals and user needs.
- Champion agile and iterative delivery practices to ensure responsiveness and adaptability.
- Manage risks dependencies and change impacts across the program lifecycle.
- Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement.
What Youll Bring
- Extensive experience leading large-scale complex programs in professional services or enterprise environments with a proven track record of successful delivery.
- Exceptional people leadership skills with the ability to inspire mentor and guide multidisciplinary teams toward shared goals.
