JourneyTeam is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Solution Architect to join our Security & Compliance (SEC) practice. This is a leadership position where youll serve as a trusted advisor to our clients guiding them through complex technical landscapes with confidence and clarity. Youll lead solution design mentor team members and drive strategic initiatives that align with our values and deliver measurable impact.

While remote work is available preference will be given to candidates based in Utah who can regularly commute to our Draper office. We believe in the power of in-person collaborationespecially when it comes to supporting new hire success and building strong team connections.
Base salary range of $120000 $150000 performance-based bonus program. Eligibility and payout are tied to individual contributions team performance and company success.
This is the established pay range for the Senior Solution Architect role on the Security & Compliance practice at JourneyTeam. Actual compensation is dependent on demonstrated skills relevant experience and alignment with the roles general new employees can expect to start at the lower end of the range (with opportunity to grow and expand within the organization).
