Key Responsibilities:

This role is all about making the day smoother brighter and more connectedfor everyone who works in the office or visits us. Youll be the heartbeat of the office the friendly face that keeps things humming and the trusted right hand to our executive team members.

Front Desk & Reception Magic
  • Welcome guests and team members with genuine warmth and professionalism.
  • Keep the phones flowing smoothlydirecting calls with clarity and care.
  • Manage mail packages and deliveries like a pro.
  • Coordinate food orders for meetings and events (yes youll be everyones favorite when lunch arrives!).
Office Operations Excellence
  • Be the go-to liaison with building management and vendors.
  • Keep our office equipment running like clockwork and coordinate any needed fixes.
  • Maintain a clean stocked and happy workspacesupplies snacks seating and all.
  • Oversee security access and seating assignments with a thoughtful touch.
  • Book travel for team members and help make their journeys seamless.
  • Lead vendor relationships with confidence and kindness.
Executive Assistant Superpowers
  • Coordinate calendars and schedules for our executive teamkeeping things organized and on point.
  • Coordinate travel and prepare itineraries that make life easier.

Here at JourneyTeam we care about our employees growth. Here is what success looks like in your first 90 days.

30 Days:

Objective: Get acclimated to the company culture understand key responsibilities and start managing day-to-day tasks.

  • Begin to understand company policies procedures and culture.
  • Familiarize yourself with the office layout supplies ordering processes and needs.
  • Manage the front desk independently with support as needed.
  • This includes managing phone calls visitors packages etc.
  • Understand and introduce yourself to key office vendors and relationships.
60 Days:

Objective: Gain confidence in performing daily tasks start taking on additional responsibilities and build relationships within the team.

  • Manage the relationship with office vendors.
  • Organize company events or meetings such as team lunches or external client meetings independently.
  • Book travel for team members.
  • Articulate company policy to internal team members and office vendors
90 Days:

Objective: Achieve full competency in all office manager and receptionist duties start contributing to office improvements and demonstrate proactive problem-solving.

  • Manage all day-to-day office operations and reception duties independently.
  • Identify any areas for improvement within your role.
  • Take on special projects as needed.
  • Become a go-to resource for all office needs.


Location/Schedule:

  • Office address: 121 W Election Rd Draper UT 84020
  • On-site work Schedule:
    • Monday - Thursday 8:00am -5:00pm
    • Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm


Compensation:

$60000 - $65000 annual salary

This is the established pay range for ourOffice & Executive Operations Coordinatorrole at JourneyTeam. Actual compensation is dependent on demonstrated skills relevant experience and alignment with the roles general new employees can expect to start at the lower end of the range (with opportunity to grow and expand within the organization).


Benefits:

JourneyTeam offers a wide range of excellent benefits including comprehensive healthcare and dental coverage as well as a 401(k) with an approximate 4% employer matchwith immediate vesting. We offer flexible time off with employees averaging 3.75 weeks per year and provide paid maternity and paternity leave.

Additional perks include a monthly phone stipend (or the option to join our corporate phone plan) and a monthly gym membership reimbursement of up to $200.
