Job Description
On-Site Services Specialist
Cranberry Township PA (Onsite)
3 Months (Temp to Perm)
Mon- Fri 8am 4:30pm
Qualifications :
Client is seeking an On-Site Services Specialist to support document scanning operations as part of a 5-person team. The role is primarily focused on sorting separating and prepping documents for scanning. This is a low-interaction role suited for someone who can work independently and remain focused during repetitive tasks. .
Responsibilities:
- Sort separate and prep documents for scanning
- Operate high-volume document imaging and duplicating equipment
- Use imaging software and document management systems
- Perform light maintenance and clearing of copier jams
- Conduct quality control checks on scanning output
- Maintain logs records and supply inventories
- Distribute mail supplies and completed print jobs
- Perform basic shipping/receiving and filing duties
- Support building tasks such as meeting room setup and minor maintenance
- Use bindery tools and related equipment as needed
Additional Information :
Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
