Join us as a Social & Influencer Marketing Manager and youll be a big part of this.
Role Purpose:Were on a mission to transform B&Q into the UKs most loved home improvement brand on social. Were looking for a bold strategic Social Media & Influencer Manager to lead that transformation not just to grow our presence but to reshape how we show up connect and inspire across is a big-picture role with real impact. Youll drive platform-native campaigns shape our brand voice and lead storytelling that turns scrollers into shoppers and fans into advocates. From trend-led TikToks to YouTube series influencer partnerships to empowering store colleagues as creators youll bring cultural relevance creative leadership and performance focus to every post.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Youll be the strategic lead and creative force behind B&Qs social media presence. Your day-to-day will be fast-paced and collaborative from developing thumb-stopping campaigns and creator content to launching new products and jumping on real-time trends. Heres what youll own:
