The Vice President Culture & Inclusion Advisor will serve as a senior executive responsible for envisioning guiding and implementing culture diversity equity and inclusion strategies across our global operations. This role requires an executive partner and visionary thought leader who can help drive the cultural priorities of the business as defined by Prudentials CEO: executing with excellence fostering and high-performance culture and advancing our strategy with conviction while embedding inclusive behaviors and practices within the company culture and business processes.
Primary Responsibilities:
Partner with business CEOs Heads of businesses and functions and Executive Leadership Team to define the culture priorities of the division preserving the best cultural attributes and evolving the rest.
In collaboration with executive leadership develop and define strategies to help foster a high-performance culture. Establish measurement methodology to encourage and support a culture of accountability and performance.
Advise business heads CEOs and Executive Leadership Team on inclusion matters providing insights and recommendations that align with business -Chair the Inclusion Councils where appropriate (e.g. PGIM).
Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader on culture change issues leveraging market insights data and research to foster a culture of inclusion accountability and continuous improvement.
Serve as external thought leader in relevant industry and client forums. Apply understanding of local regulatory landscape to strategy and engage with significant trade associations as needed.
Lead culture change management initiatives across assigned businesses or functions globally including initiatives to promote the new behaviors across all regions and ensure alignment with the companys overall culture goals. Collaborate with regional leaders to understand local challenges and opportunities tailoring strategies accordingly.
Design and oversee Inclusive Leadership change management program that identifies the leadership behaviors actions and processes to advance our culture and inclusion strategy. Facilitate workshops to support and challenge leaders in their behavioral journey.
Partner with subject matter experts in Talent Acquisition Leadership Development and Human Resources to ensure talent acquisition performance management promotion and succession planning processes are inclusive and fair.
Build cross-enterprise connectivity to drive culture and inclusion priorities and share best practices across the organization. Encourage engagement with Business Resource Groups to support employee sense of belonging and development opportunities.
Build and lead a team to deliver and execute on the defined strategy.
Provide thought leadership to broader Culture & Inclusion team on defined programs practices and approaches in service of Prudentials culture priorities.

Change Management Demonstrated expertise and fluency in key aspects of culture change management through a global lens.
DEI related Expertise Has a strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles and industry best practices including development and execution of plans to support the business strategy.
Talent Management - grow and retain highly talented individuals committed to the vision of an organization.
Stakeholder Management - Has strong relationship development influencing and negotiating skills having managed successfully across multiple senior stakeholders including senior executive clients partners customers and internal/external stakeholders.
Leadership Capabilities:
