- Assist in water removal structural drying and cleaning processes.
- Set up drying equipment like air movers and dehumidifiers.
- Perform demolition of water-damaged materials as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools vehicles and work areas.
- Communicate respectfully and professionally with teammates and customers.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work on your feet and lift 50 lbs regularly.
- Availability for some after-hours and weekend work (on-call rotation).
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record preferred.
- Competitive Pay: $20$25/hour to start.
- $1200 Sign-On Bonus paid in installments after the first 90 days.
