General Summary:
The Program Manager Senior serves as a key member of the Center for Childhood Resilience (CCR) team in the Pritzker Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Childrens Hospital of Chicago. The Program Manager Senior role provides develops and manages programs and projects including establishing and implementing project management protocols and practices for standardization and ongoing continuous quality improvement managing project resources and supporting administrative operations across portfolio of CCR initiatives. The position actively supports the CCR team Department and Hospital efforts to achieve continuous quality improvement customer service goals through modeling of appropriate behavior and by providing a work environment conducive to attaining these goals.
CCR develops evaluates and disseminates mental health best practices to promote systems change and to increase access and reduce mental health disparities where kids live learn and play. CCR works with education community-based and other youth serving agencies to deliver innovative sustainable culturally attuned and evidence-based strategies promote mental health and wellness and foster resilience in the face of adversity. $83200.00-$137280.00 SalaryAt Lurie Childrens we are committed to competitive and fair compensation aligned with market rates and internal equity reflecting individual contributions experience and expertise. The pay range for this job indicates minimum and maximum targets for the position. Ranges are regularly reviewed to stay aligned with market conditions.In addition to base salary Lurie Childrens offer a comprehensive rewards package that may include differentials for some hourly employees leadership incentivesfor select roles health and retirement benefits and wellbeing programs.
