Job Description
Basic Job Functions:
Division: Nucor Building Systems Texas
Location: Terrell TX United States
Other Available Locations: N/A
This will include:
Creating construction drawings using our highly specialized software
Generating and verifying fabrication drawings and reports
Generating bill of materials for field construction
Designing and troubleshooting standardized steel framing conditions with project specific requests
Ensuring a quality product by thorough contract and design coordination
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
degree with focus in Architecture or Construction Management
or experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software such as Tekla
knowledge of standard construction practices
training certification or professional experience operating Architectural CAD software or 3D Modeling software.
