We are seeking a skilled and motivated Structural Engineer with Project Management expertise to lead the design planning and execution of structural projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge in structural engineering with proven project management skills to deliver high-quality safe and cost-effective projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities

Design analyze and review structural systems for residential commercial or industrial projects.

Prepare engineering drawings reports and calculations in compliance with codes and standards.

Oversee project planning scheduling budgeting and resource allocation.
-
Coordinate with architects contractors consultants and clients to ensure project goals are met.
-
Manage project risks resolve technical challenges and ensure safety and quality control.
-
Conduct site inspections monitor progress and verify compliance with design specifications.
-
Lead project teams delegate tasks and monitor team performance.
-
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.
-
Ensure compliance with local building codes safety regulations and environmental standards.
Qualifications
-
Bachelors degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Masters preferred).
-
Professional Engineer () or equivalent license required (or eligibility in progress).
-
3 7 years of structural engineering experience with exposure to project management.
-
Strong knowledge of structural design codes standards and software (AutoCAD Revit STAAD SAP2000 etc.).

Proven experience in project scheduling budgeting and stakeholder management.
-
PMP certification or project management training is an asset.
-
Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
