SUMMARY:The Machine Operator II role is responsible for safely and efficiently operating production machinery in a specific department to ensure daily operational business needs are met.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

  • Lift open and pour 50 lbs flour bags into machines.
  • Maintain machine efficiencies and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Work at a pace to ensure production flow is maintained
  • Maintain a safe work environment
  • Maintain satisfactory attendance and job performance in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • All other duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Preferred

  • Previous poultry or meat processing experience.
