Job Description
A growing national law firm is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join its New York City office. This is a strong opportunity for a mid-level litigator looking to take the next step in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
What Youll Do:
Manage a diverse caseload involving general liability premises liability commercial disputes construction defect and insurance defense.
Handle all phases of litigation including strategy discovery depositions and motion practice.
Collaborate with a team of skilled attorneys while also maintaining autonomy over your matters.
Communicate with clients regularly and maintain high standards of service.
What Were Looking For:
35 years of litigation experience.
Skilled in discovery including taking and defending depositions.
Excellent research writing and analytical skills.
Organized deadline-driven and adaptable.
Licensed to practice in New York (New Jersey admission is a plus).
